Section 72I(2)

Where this section applies— only one vote cast by the person is to be counted, the vote which is to be counted is to be determined in accordance with provision in the determination made by virtue of section 72E(5), and that provision and an explanation of its effect must be sent to the person along with the voting materials for the ballot.
