Schedule 2, paragraph 4(3)

In sub-paragraph (2)(c), “the recoverable amount” means, in relation to any expenses, the fraction of those expenses (whether three-tenths or some smaller fraction determined by the local authority, in the case of those expenses, under section 24(2) or (3)) which the local authority have power to recover from the occupier or owner by virtue of section 24(2) or (3).
