Schedule 3, Part II, paragraph 7

In section 31(4)— in paragraph (a), after “1990” there is inserted “ or a work subject to the Alkali Act ”; and for paragraph (b) there is substituted— of the inspectors appointed under Part I of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 or, as the case may be, under the Alkali Act, to enforce those provisions in relation to such furnaces;
