Schedule 4, paragraph 4

In section 79(7) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990— for “the Clean Air Act 1956 or the Clean Air Act 1968” there is substituted “ the Clean Air Act 1993 ”; and for “section 34(2) of the Clean Air Act 1956” there is substituted “ section 3 of the Clean Air Act 1993 ”.
