Schedule 5, Part II, paragraph 6(2)

Subject to sub-paragraph (3), section 8(1) (arrestment plant for furnaces burning solid fuel in other cases) applies in relation to a furnace to which, by virtue of sub-paragraph (1), section 6 does not apply as it applies to a domestic furnace.
