Schedule 5, Part II, paragraph 8(2)

In section 18— in subsection (1) after the word “order” where it first appears there shall be inserted the words “ confirmed by the Secretary of State ”; in subsection (3), after the word “order” where it first appears there shall be inserted the words “ confirmed by the Secretary of State ” and at the end there shall be inserted the words “ so confirmed ”; and in subsection (4), after the words “to the” there shall be inserted the words “ confirmation and ”.
