Section 35(4)

So long as a local authority exercises any of its powers under subsection (1), it shall from time to time consult the persons mentioned in subsection (5)— about the way in which the local authority exercises those powers (under this section and section 36); and about the extent to which, and the manner in which, any information collected under those powers should be made available to the public.
