Section 63(2)

Any statutory instrument containing regulations made under this Act by the Secretary of State, except an instrument containing regulations a draft of which is required by section 6(3), 10(5) or 47(2) or paragraph 3(4) or 4(6) of Schedule 1A to be approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament, shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
