Schedule 3, paragraph 6(4)

In section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act 1981 (maximum fine for contempt in face of magistrates’ court), the following subsection shall be substituted for subsection (2A)— A fine imposed under subsection (2) above shall be deemed, for the purposes of any enactment, to be a sum adjudged to be paid by a conviction.
