Section 19(2)

In section 43 of the Act of 1987 (assisting another to retain the proceeds of drug trafficking)— in subsection (3), after the words “trafficking or” there shall be inserted the words “ discloses to a constable or a person so commissioned ”; and in paragraph (a) of subsection (3), for the word “contract” there shall be substituted “ statute or otherwise ”.
