Section 54(1)

This Part applies to any security which— and in the provisions of this Part (other than that Schedule) any reference to a security is a reference to a security to which this Part applies. falls within any paragraph of Schedule 2; and satisfies any conditions applying to it under an order made by the Treasury for the purposes of this subsection;
