Section 61(1)

An individual guilty of insider dealing shall be liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both; or on conviction on indictment, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or to both.
