Section 64

Any power under this Part to make an order shall be exercisable by statutory instrument. No order shall be made under this Part unless a draft of it has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament. An order under this Part— may make different provision for different cases; and may contain such incidental, supplemental and transitional provisions as the Treasury consider expedient.
