Section 65

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Section 19 of the Act of 1991 (fixing of fines in cases to which the unit fines system did not apply) shall cease to have effect. The further amendments made by Schedule 3 shall have effect. The amendments made by this section and that Schedule shall apply in relation to offenders convicted (but not sentenced) before the date on which this section comes into force as they apply in relation to offenders convicted after that date.
