Section 71(4)

In any proceedings against any person for an offence under this section it shall be a defence for that person to show— that the conduct in question would not have involved the commission of an offence against the law of the member State in question but for circumstances of which he had no knowledge; and that he did not suspect or anticipate the existence of those circumstances and did not have reasonable grounds for doing so.
