Section 74

Part II of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (persons convicted of offences under certain enactments not eligible for early release) shall be amended as follows. In the entry relating to the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986, the following paragraph shall be inserted before paragraph 26— Section 23A (acquisition, possession or use of proceeds of drug trafficking). In the entry relating to the Criminal Justice Act 1988, the following paragraphs shall be inserted before paragraph 30— Section 93A (assisting another to retain the benefit of criminal conduct). Section 93B (acquisition, possession or use of proceeds of criminal conduct). Section 93C (concealing or transferring proceeds of criminal conduct).
