Section 76(2)

In section 10 (life prisoners transferred to Scotland)— in subsection (1), the words “(whether before or after the commencement of this section)” shall cease to have effect; in subsection (2), after “life prisoner” insert “ , except such case as is mentioned in paragraph 7 of Schedule 6 to this Act, ”; and in subsection (4)— in paragraph (a), after “has” insert “ (whether before or after the commencement of this section) ”; and in paragraph (b), after “Scotland” insert “ (whether before or after that commencement) ”.
