Where— a person having a sufficient interest who considers that the English language version is inaccurate may apply to the registrar for rectification of the register by the substitution of an English translation of the relevant authentic text (as determined in accordance with Article 147(3)) verified to the satisfaction of the registrar as corresponding to the authentic text. the application for registration of the corresponding EUTM was not filed in English; or the second language indicated by the applicant pursuant to Article 146(3) was a language other than English,
