Schedule 2A, Part 3, paragraph 24(2)

The conditions referred to in sub-paragraph (1) are— the application has been accorded a filing date pursuant to Article 32; and as at the time immediately before IP completion day, the application has been neither granted nor refused by the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
