Schedule 2B, Part 1, paragraph 17(3)

An application under section 25(1) may only be made by— a person claiming to be entitled to an interest in or under a comparable trade mark (IR) by virtue of a relevant assignment of the corresponding (IR); or the proprietor of the comparable trade mark (IR).
