Schedule 2B, Part 4, paragraph 32(1)

In this Part, references to a “transformation application” are to an application for transformation of an international registration which has been cancelled (a “cancelled international registration”) into an application for registration of a European Union trade mark filed under Article 204 of the European Union Trade Mark Regulation in respect of which the conditions in sub-paragraph (2) are satisfied.
