Schedule 2B, Part 4, paragraph 32(3)

In sub-paragraph (2)(b)— the reference to the transformation application being “granted” means a European Union trade mark being registered under the European Union Trade Mark Regulation pursuant to the transformation application; and the reference to the transformation application being “refused” means the transformation application being subject to the provisions in Article 204(5) of the European Union Trade Mark Regulation.
