Schedule 4, paragraph 2(2)

In section 62 (the Patent Office)— in subsection (1) for “this Act and the Trade Marks Act 1905” substitute “ the Patents Act 1977, the Registered Designs Act 1949 and the Trade Marks Act 1994 ”; and in subsections (2) and (3) for “the Board of Trade” substitute “ the Secretary of State ”.
