Section 26

No notice of any trust (express, implied or constructive) shall be entered in the register; and the registrar shall not be affected by any such notice. Subject to the provisions of this Act, equities (in Scotland, rights) in respect of a registered trade mark may be enforced in like manner as in respect of other personal or moveable property.
