Section 29(1)

In this Act an “exclusive licence” means a licence (whether general or limited) authorising the licensee to the exclusion of all other persons, including the person granting the licence, to use a registered trade mark in the manner authorised by the licence. The expression “exclusive licensee” shall be construed accordingly.
