Section 71

The Comptroller-General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks shall in his annual report under section 121 of the Patents Act 1977, include a report on the execution of this Act, including the discharge of his functions under the Madrid Protocol. The report shall include an account of all money received and paid by him under or by virtue of this Act.
