Section 75

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “the court” means— in England and Wales , the High Court , or the county court where it has jurisdiction by virtue of an order made under section 1 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, in Northern Ireland, the High Court, and in Scotland, the Court of Session.
