Section 94

It is an offence for a person to make, or cause to be made, a false entry in the register of trade marks, knowing or having reason to believe that it is false. It is an offence for a person— knowing or having reason to believe that it is false. to make or cause to be made anything falsely purporting to be a copy of an entry in the register, or to produce or tender or cause to be produced or tendered in evidence any such thing, A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable— on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine, or both; on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or both.
