Schedule 10, paragraph 12

In section 28 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (restrictions on disclosure of information), for subsection (10) there shall be substituted the following subsection— The Broads Authority and every National Park authority shall be deemed to be local authorities for the purposes of this section.
