Schedule 10, paragraph 17

In section 5(3) of the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 (no statutory tenancy where landlord’s interest belongs to Crown or local authority etc.), after paragraph (bc) there shall be inserted the following paragraph— any National Park authority;
