Schedule 10, paragraph 22(4)

In section 44 of that Act (grants and loans for National Parks purposes)— in subsection (2), for “a local planning authority” there shall be substituted “ the authority in question ”; in subsection (3), for “A local planning authority” there shall be substituted “ The authority in question ”; and in subsection (4), for the words from “county planning authority” onwards there shall be substituted “ National Park authority and the Broads as a National Park for which it is the local planning authority ”.
