Schedule 10, paragraph 24(1)

In section 43 of the Housing Act 1985 (consent of the Secretary of State required for certain disposals by local authorities), after subsection (5) there shall be inserted the following subsection— References in this section and in section 44 to a local authority shall include references to a National Park authority.
