Schedule 10, paragraph 28

In paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988 (meaning of “local authority” for the purposes of determining the tenancies to be treated as local authority tenancies), after paragraph (d) there shall be inserted the following paragraph— a National Park authority;
