Schedule 10, paragraph 31(3)

In section 67(3) of that Act (local authorities for the purposes of Part V) the word “and” at the end of paragraph (o) shall be omitted and after that paragraph there shall be inserted— a joint planning board constituted for an area in Wales outside a National Park by an order under section 2(1B) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990; and
