Schedule 10, paragraph 34
The references to a National Park authority in the following provisions (which impose environmental duties), that is to say— shall have effect, until the coming into force of the repeal by this Act of the definition for the purposes of those provisions of the expression “National Park authority”, as if they included references to a National Park authority established under Part III of this Act which has become the local planning authority for the National Park in question; and thereafter those references shall have effect as if they were references to a National Park authority so established. section 4 of the Water Industry Act 1991, . . . and section 61C of the Land Drainage Act 1991, The references to a National Park planning authority— shall have effect, until the coming into force of the repeal by this Act of subsection (5) of section 34 of that Act, as if they included references to a National Park authority established under Part III of this Act which has become the local planning authority for the National Park in question; and thereafter those references shall have effect as if they were references to a National Park authority so established. in sections 34 and 45 of the Water Resources Act 1991 (regulations with respect to notice to be given of particulars of certain licence applications), and in any regulations under those sections,
