Schedule 10, paragraph 4(2)

In section 39(1) of that Act of 1961 (interpretation), for the definition of “local planning authority” there shall be substituted the following definition— “local planning authority” shall be construed in accordance with Part I of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;
