Schedule 13, paragraph 15(4)

In a case to which this paragraph applies— shall have effect as if an order made under section 97 of the 1990 Act . . ., had been confirmed by the Secretary of State under section 98 of the 1990 Act . . . at the time when the application in question was finally determined and, as so confirmed, had effect to modify those permissions to the extent specified in sub-paragraph (5) below. . . ., Parts IV and XI of the 1990 Act, . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
