Schedule 13, paragraph 5(3)

In respect of each of those lists, such notice shall— state that the list has been prepared by the authority; and specify one or more places within the area of the authority at which the list may be inspected, and in respect of each such place specify the times (which shall be reasonable times) during which facilities for inspection of the list will be afforded.
