Schedule 14, paragraph 13(4)

In a case to which this paragraph applies, but subject to sub-paragraph (6) below, . . ., Parts IV and XI of the 1990 Act . . ., shall have effect as if an order made under section 97 of the 1990 Act . . .— had been confirmed by the Secretary of State under section 98 of the 1990 Act . . . at the time when the application in question was finally determined; and as so confirmed, had effect to modify those permissions to the extent specified in sub-paragraph (6) below.
