Schedule 14, paragraph 3(3)

Subject to sub-paragraphs (4) and (7) below, in the case of a mining site— the relevant date is the date falling fifteen years after the date upon which was granted the most recent mineral permission which relates to the site. which is not a Phase I or II site within the meaning of Schedule 13 to this Act; and to which no old mining permission relates,
