Schedule 14, paragraph 3A

The Secretary of State may by order specify a relevant date different from the relevant date found in pursuance of paragraph 3(1) or (2). Sub-paragraph (3) applies if no relevant date is found in pursuance of paragraph 3(1) or (2). The Secretary of State may by order specify a relevant date . An order under sub-paragraph (3) may make different provision for different cases or different classes of case. An order under this paragraph must be made by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
