Schedule 15, paragraph 14(3)

In subsection (3) of that section (use of such means as the Minister may approve for preventing ingress)— the words “with the written consent of the Minister” shall be omitted; and for the words “as the Minister may approve” there shall be substituted the words “ as in its opinion are necessary ”.
