Schedule 15, paragraph 26(1)

In paragraph 6 of Schedule 25 to that Act (powers to make byelaws in relation to any part or parts of the area in relation to which the National Rivers Authority carries out its functions in relation to fisheries under Part V of that Act) in sub-paragraphs (1) to (5) for the words “in relation to any part or parts”, in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ in relation to the whole or any part or parts ”.
