Schedule 15, paragraph 6

In section 18(1) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 (enforcement of orders relating to salmon and migratory trout)— for the words “subsection (6) of section 2 of the Water Resources Act 1991” there shall be substituted the words “ subsection (7) of section 6 of the Environment Act 1995 ”; and for the words “the National Rivers Authority” there shall be substituted the words “ the Environment Agency ”.
