Schedule 16, paragraph 2(2)

Nothing in any disposal licence shall be treated for the purposes of subsection (1) above as authorising— any such entry or discharge as is mentioned in subsections (2) to (4) of section 30F above; or any act or omission so far as it results in any such entry or discharge.
