Schedule 16, paragraph 2(6)

Subject to the following provisions of this Part, a person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and liable— on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to a fine not exceeding £20,000 or to both; on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine or to both.
