In section 56(1) (interpretation etc of Part II) the following definitions shall be inserted in the appropriate places— “drain” has the same meaning as in the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968; “sewer” has the same meaning as in the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968;
