Schedule 19, paragraph 5(5)

For subsections (5) to (7) (which require consent to the prosecution of certain offences and provide different penalties for different offences) there shall be substituted— A person who is guilty of an offence under this section shall be liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.
