Schedule 22, paragraph 112

In section 134 of that Act (compensation in respect of determinations made for the protection of public health etc)— for the words “the Secretary of State” or “the Secretary of State’s”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted respectively the words “ the Environment Agency ” or “ the Environment Agency’s ”; and in subsection (2)(b) for the word “him” there shall be substituted the words “ the Agency ”.
