Schedule 22, paragraph 113(3)

A person guilty of an offence under subsection (2) above shall be liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.
